THIS CALENDAR IS PUBLISHED SO THAT ALL BAND MEMBERS CAN PLAN THEIR SCHEDULES SO AS TO NOT MISS REHEARSALS OR PERFORMANCES.  PLEASE CONSULT THIS CALENDAR BEFORE PURCHASING EXPENSIVE TICKETS FOR TRIPS, CONCERTS, OR MAKING APPOINTMENTS FAR IN ADVANCE.  IN PARTICULAR, PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO DATES FOR CONTESTS, PERFORMANCES, AND GRADUATION.

The long calendar has major dates of performances, meetings, activities, and important school dates. It is designed to help you plan far in advance so that there will be no conflicts with these important events.

 

The monthly calendars are more detailed. They include individual daily rehearsals, sectionals, and departure and arrival times for the major events on the long calendar. They are posted in a PDF format that should make it easier for you to print and put on the refrigerator.
